Description

The Lunaria is a matt black wall light from Ideal Lux with a 240mm circular backplate, a flexible gooseneck arm and an open E27 bulb fitting. The fitting holds the bulb facing downwards, leaving the filament or LED element fully visible as a decorative feature. The gooseneck arm is fabric-covered on a flexible metal core, allowing the light to be angled towards a bedside, a reading chair or a wall surface depending on where directed focus is needed.

Designed for bedrooms, living rooms and hallways where task or accent lighting is required without a hardwired ceiling point, the Lunaria works as a bedside reading light when positioned 1200-1400mm above mattress height, or as a living room accent when paired either side of a sofa or above a console table. The IP20 rating limits it to dry indoor environments. The fitting is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and appropriate bulb.

The matt black finish minimises reflections and pairs with mid-century, Scandinavian and industrial interiors where metal fixtures are used as accents against lighter walls. The exposed bulb design means the choice of bulb style (clear glass, amber glass, filament spiral, oversized globe) becomes part of the overall aesthetic. The fabric-covered gooseneck cable gives a softer appearance than bare metal conduit while still allowing the arm to hold its position once adjusted.
