Description

The Lunaria is a 390mm square flush ceiling light with three E27 bulb fittings behind a sandblasted transparent glass diffuser. The white enamelled metal base sits flush against the ceiling, with the glass panel secured by visible chromed metal screws at each corner. Each E27 socket accepts a standard screw bulb up to 60W (bulbs sold separately), allowing control over light colour temperature and brightness.

Designed for hallways, landings, bedrooms and living rooms with ceiling heights under 2.4m, the Lunaria provides distributed light without the drop of a pendant or semi-flush fitting. The sandblasted glass diffuses the light from the three bulbs evenly across the 390mm square surface, reducing glare and spreading illumination across ceilings and upper walls. The flush mount projection of approximately 80mm minimises headroom loss in lower-ceilinged rooms.

The white enamelled finish on the metal base pairs cleanly with white or off-white ceilings and matches modern, Scandinavian and minimalist interiors. The chromed screws provide small metallic accents without dominating the design. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor spaces only — it is not suitable for bathrooms, outdoor canopies or any area exposed to moisture.

Frequently Asked

Is the Lunaria dimmable?

Yes, provided you use dimmable E27 bulbs and pair the fitting with a compatible dimmer switch. The fitting itself supports dimming but requires both components to function correctly.

What bulbs does it take?

The Lunaria takes three standard E27 (Edison screw) bulbs up to 60W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with LED bulbs between 6-10W at 2700K-3000K for warm general lighting in bedrooms or hallways.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is only suitable for dry indoor areas. It does not carry the IP44 or IP65 protection needed for bathroom zones or any location exposed to moisture.

What's the total projection from the ceiling?

The Lunaria sits approximately 80mm below the ceiling once installed, making it suitable for rooms where pendant or semi-flush fittings would hang too low or create a visual obstruction.
