Description

The Louise is a 4 light crystal chandelier built around two polished chrome arms extending 930mm in a linear configuration, each arm holding two white organza drum shades with crystal drop accents beneath. Four E27 bulbs (sold separately) sit inside the shades, diffusing light through the organza weave while the crystal pendalogues below each arm catch and reflect the light downward.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance halls where a horizontal spread of light is needed, the 930mm width suits tables 1600-2000mm long without overwhelming the space. The adjustable drop from 650mm to 1500mm allows the fitting to be set 700-800mm above a table surface in rooms with standard 2.4m ceiling heights or higher in taller spaces. The polished chrome canopy conceals the cable run and fits standard UK ceiling roses.

Each white organza shade measures approximately 180mm in diameter, giving soft ambient light rather than directed task lighting. The crystal drops below each shade add visual weight and sparkle when lit, but the overall design remains clean and symmetrical rather than ornate. At 5.2kg the chandelier requires secure ceiling fixing into a joist or suitable anchor. The polished chrome finish pairs with both warm and cool-toned interiors and maintains its shine with occasional dusting.
