Description

The Louise is a 1650mm polished chrome floor lamp with two curved arms, each holding a white organza shade and decorated with faceted crystal drops. The chrome framework loops into flowing sculptural curves, with small crystal pendalogues mounted at intervals along the curves and larger teardrop crystals hanging beneath each arm. Two E27 bulbs sit inside the white organza shades, diffusing the light softly while the crystals refract and scatter it across nearby surfaces.

Designed for living rooms, lounges and bedrooms where both ambient light and decorative presence are needed, the Louise suits spaces with 2.4m or higher ceilings. The 600mm length and 300mm width give the lamp a compact footprint despite the 1650mm height, allowing it to sit beside a sofa, armchair or at the end of a bed without dominating the floor area. The curved chrome arms project the light upwards and outwards rather than directly down, making this a general ambient lamp rather than a reading or task light.

The organza shades are replaceable. Matching oval organza shades are available in white at 54/60cm x 26cm if the original shades need refreshing. The polished chrome finish reflects ambient daylight and artificial light from other sources in the room, amplifying the overall brightness when the lamp is off. The 7.1kg weight provides stability on carpets and hard floors without needing additional weighting. The lamp is dimmable when paired with dimmable E27 LED or halogen bulbs and a compatible trailing-edge dimmer.
