Description
The Lotus is a 1440mm matt black outdoor wall light with an integrated 24W 3000K LED producing 2300 lumens through a linear diffuser panel. The light projects upwards and downwards along the wall, creating a vertical wash of warm white light that frames doorways, windows, terrace edges and courtyard walls.
Designed for residential and commercial outdoor lighting, the Lotus suits modern facades, industrial conversions and contemporary garden rooms. At 54mm wide and 50mm projection from the wall, the slim profile fits between window frames, on narrow pillar faces, and alongside garage or porch entrances without intruding into walkways. The 120-degree beam angle spreads light across a 2-3m vertical surface from a single fitting, reducing the need for multiple fixtures on taller walls.
The IP54 rating protects the LED and driver from dust ingress and water splashes, making the fitting suitable for exposed walls, covered terraces and semi-sheltered alcoves. The matt black powder-coated aluminium resists UV fade and coastal corrosion better than painted steel. The diffuser softens the LED output to reduce glare when the fitting is viewed from ground level or upper-floor windows.

Frequently Asked
Can the Lotus be used in fully exposed outdoor locations?
The IP54 rating protects against dust and water splashes, making it suitable for most outdoor walls, covered terraces and semi-sheltered positions. It is not rated for direct submersion or continuous heavy rain exposure, so avoid fitting in locations where water can pool against the diffuser.
Is the LED dimmable?
No. The integrated LED runs at a fixed 24W output on 220-240V mains and is not compatible with dimmers.
What mounting surface does it need?
The Lotus mounts to a solid wall surface using the rear backplate. The 1.97kg weight and 1440mm height require secure fixing to masonry, brick or structural timber. The backplate should be fixed with appropriate wall plugs and screws for the substrate type.
How much vertical wall area does the light cover?
The 120-degree beam angle and 2300lm output typically cover a 2-3m vertical section of wall from a single fitting, depending on surface colour and texture. Darker walls absorb more light and may benefit from closer spacing between fittings.
