Description

The Lotus is a 1.4m vertical outdoor LED wall light in anthracite, built around a single integrated 24W LED bar that emits 2300 lumens at 3000K warm white. The bar casts light upwards and downwards through a diffused lens at a 120° beam angle, creating a uniform wash on the wall surface rather than a directional spotlight effect.

Designed for external walls, patios, porches and garden facades, the Lotus suits modern architectural schemes where a narrow vertical accent is needed without visible bulb fittings. The 54mm width and 50mm projection from the wall keep the profile minimal, so the light sits flush against rendered walls, brick, stone or cladding without jutting into the space. The 1440mm height fills vertical space beside doorways, between windows, or as a repeated motif along a garden wall.

The anthracite finish is a warm charcoal grey rather than pure black, sitting between graphite and slate tones. This makes it compatible with both dark-framed windows and lighter natural stone without creating harsh contrast. The IP54 rating protects against dust ingress and water splashes from any direction, making the fitting suitable for covered outdoor areas and open-air positions subject to rain. The integrated LED is non-dimmable and rated for 220-240V mains, with a projected lifespan of 25,000 hours at typical residential usage.

Can the Lotus be used in fully exposed outdoor positions?

Yes. The IP54 rating protects against dust and water splashes from any direction, making it suitable for open-air wall mounting subject to rain. It is not submersible and should not be installed where it would be submerged or subject to high-pressure water jets.

Is it dimmable?

No. The integrated 24W LED operates at full output on 220-240V mains and is not compatible with dimmer switches.

What mounting method does it use?

The Lotus mounts directly to the wall via a rear fixing plate. Installation requires mains voltage outdoor-rated cable and should be carried out by a qualified electrician, especially when mounting to external walls where cable routing and weatherproofing are critical.

How wide is the light spread?

The 120° beam angle produces a broad vertical wash extending approximately 1-1.5m either side of the fitting when mounted on a flat wall, depending on the distance from adjacent surfaces. The effect is a soft ambient glow rather than a defined spotlight beam.
