Description

The Lot is a 30cm linear outdoor wall light built from powder-coated aluminium in a graphite finish, with an integrated 20W LED module producing 3000K warm white light through a frosted glass diffuser panel on the underside. The IP65 rating protects the internal components from dust ingress and water jets from any direction, making the fitting suitable for fully exposed exterior walls, covered patios, and garden structures in all UK weather conditions.

Designed for horizontal mounting on entrance walls, garage exteriors, patio walls and garden boundary structures, the Lot casts downward wash light across the wall surface and ground below. The 30cm length provides coverage suitable for standard domestic doorways and patio seating areas, while the compact 5.5cm projection keeps the fitting close to the wall without protruding into walkways or clearance zones. The 3000K colour temperature matches traditional warm white sources used in residential outdoor lighting.

The aluminium body is powder-coated in a dark graphite grey that weathers without visible corrosion or colour shift over multiple seasons. The frosted glass diffuser hides the internal LED array and softens the light output, avoiding direct glare from below while maintaining a clean rectangular aperture when viewed from the side. The 20W integrated LED operates on AC 110-240V mains, eliminating the need for transformers or external drivers on standard UK domestic installations.

The CRI of 80Ra renders garden plants, paving materials and exterior wall finishes with reasonable colour accuracy, suitable for functional outdoor lighting where critical colour matching is not required. The fitting mounts directly to masonry or brick using the back plate, with cable entry points positioned to keep wiring behind the wall surface once installed.

No. The 20W LED is integrated into the fitting and is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000-30,000 hours of operation, which equates to around 10-15 years of typical evening outdoor use.

Can this be used in fully exposed positions?

Yes. The IP65 rating provides full protection against dust and protection against water jets from any direction, so the Lot can be installed on fully exposed exterior walls, garden structures, and covered patios without additional weather protection.

What mounting surface is required?

The Lot mounts to solid masonry, brick, or rendered exterior walls using the back plate. The back plate has fixing points for standard wall plugs and screws. Cable entry is positioned to keep wiring behind the wall surface once the fitting is installed.

Does the graphite finish fade or corrode?

The powder-coated aluminium construction resists corrosion and colour fade over multiple seasons of outdoor exposure. Minor surface marks from accidental impacts may show lighter aluminium underneath but do not affect the IP rating or structural integrity of the fitting.
