Description

The Los 176 is a 130mm square wall light in matte gold aluminium, combining a flush-mounted backplate with an adjustable reading arm and twin USB charging ports. The backplate houses an integrated LED strip that casts light up and down the wall as ambient wash, while the cylindrical arm pivots on a ball joint to direct focused reading light wherever needed. Both light sources run on integrated 9W 3000K LEDs, giving warm white light at a combined output.

Designed for bedside installation in hotels, guest rooms and master bedrooms, the Los 176 replaces the need for a separate reading light and bedside USB charger. The two USB ports sit flush in the square backplate, positioned to charge phones and tablets overnight without trailing cables across a nightstand. The reading arm adjusts through approximately 180 degrees of horizontal sweep and 45 degrees of vertical tilt, allowing light to be aimed at a pillow, a book held in bed, or over the shoulder of someone sitting upright.

The matte gold finish on the aluminium body softens reflections and pairs with warm-toned textiles, dark timber and brass hardware in both contemporary and transitional bedrooms. The 65mm projection from the wall keeps the backplate close to the surface, while the reading arm extends approximately 100mm when angled outward. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry interior locations — it is not suitable for bathrooms or wet rooms.

The Los 176 is part of Maytoni's modular bedside lighting range, which includes matching versions in matte black, polished chrome and brushed nickel. Installation requires connection to mains AC 220-240V via a junction box behind the backplate, with the USB ports drawing from the same circuit.
