The Looker takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb, sold separately. Most users pair this with a 6-10W LED bulb in warm white (2700-3000K) for desk or reading light. The maximum wattage depends on the bulb type. LED bulbs up to 15W are typically safe.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, if you use a dimmable E27 bulb and connect the lamp to a compatible dimmer switch or plug-in dimmer module. The lamp itself has no integrated dimmer control.

How stable is it when fully extended?

The rectangular base and 2.5kg total weight provide stability when the arm is extended to its full 530mm height. The lamp is designed to hold position when angled to one side without tipping, though placing it near the edge of a narrow desk may require care.
