The Loewe is a 5 light chandelier built around five curved polished chrome arms extending from a central cluster of bubbled glass spheres, each arm terminating in a white organza shade fitted with an E14 bulb holder. The arms sweep outward and upward in a symmetrical arrangement, creating a 660mm diameter spread measured across the widest point of the frame.

Designed for dining rooms, living rooms and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.5m or above, the Loewe provides both ambient and decorative light through the five fabric shades. The drop is adjustable between 740mm and 2240mm on installation via the chain-and-cable suspension, allowing the chandelier to be set 700-900mm above a dining table or positioned higher in double-height spaces. The polished chrome finish reflects surrounding light and pairs with both contemporary and traditional interiors where a metallic accent is wanted.

Each white organza shade diffuses the light from its E14 bulb, softening the output and reducing glare compared to exposed filament bulbs. The bubbled glass spheres at the centre act as a visual anchor and add texture to the otherwise smooth chrome and fabric surfaces. The chandelier weighs 7.4kg once assembled, requiring a ceiling rose and fixing rated for suspension loads above this weight. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair the Loewe with five E14 LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K.

The Loewe takes five E14 (small Edison screw) bulbs, sold separately. The most common pairing is five 4-6W LED candle bulbs in warm white (2700K-3000K), which provide sufficient ambient light for a dining table or living room without excessive brightness.

What ceiling height is needed?

The minimum drop is 740mm, so a ceiling height of at least 2.5m is recommended to avoid the chandelier hanging too low in a standard room. The adjustable drop allows it to be set higher in taller spaces or positioned 700-900mm above a dining table surface.

Can the organza shades be removed for cleaning?

Yes. The shades typically slip off the bulb holders or unclip from the frame, allowing them to be dusted or gently wiped. The polished chrome arms can be cleaned with a soft microfibre cloth and a metal polish suitable for chrome finishes.
