Description
The Lipari is a single-phase track spotlight with a cylindrical matt black aluminium body, a GU10 bulb fitting and an adjustable head that rotates and tilts on a dual-axis gimbal. The spotlight mounts to standard unity single-phase track systems via a twist-lock adaptor built into the rectangular back plate, allowing it to be positioned and repositioned along the track without tools.
Designed for accent lighting in retail, galleries, kitchens and living spaces, the Lipari directs light onto specific surfaces — artworks, shelving, worktops, architectural features — rather than providing general illumination. The 12W GU10 bulb fitting (bulb sold separately) accepts LED, halogen or CFL GU10 lamps, giving control over beam angle, colour temperature and output depending on the task. The adjustable head lets you fine-tune the light direction after installation as room layouts or display positions change.
The matt black aluminium construction weighs approximately 200g per spotlight and carries an IP20 rating, making it suitable for dry indoor environments but not for bathrooms, outdoor areas or locations with moisture exposure. The cylindrical body measures 60mm in diameter and projects 120mm from the track when fitted, with an overall height of 170mm from the track surface to the base of the spotlight when angled downward. The aluminium finish absorbs reflections under daylight and pairs cleanly with industrial, contemporary and minimalist interiors.

Frequently Asked
What bulb does it take?
The Lipari takes a GU10 bulb up to 12W (sold separately). Most users fit a GU10 LED in either warm white (2700-3000K) for accent lighting or cool white (4000K+) for task lighting in retail or gallery settings.
Can it be repositioned along the track?
Yes. The twist-lock adaptor allows the spotlight to be moved along the track without tools. Twist anti-clockwise to release, slide to the new position, then twist clockwise to lock.
What beam angle should I choose?
Beam angle depends on the GU10 bulb you fit. Narrow beam (15-25°) suits highlighting small objects or artworks from distance. Medium beam (36-60°) suits general accent lighting on shelves or worktops. Wide beam (90°+) provides wash lighting over larger surfaces.
Is it suitable for bathrooms?
No. The IP20 rating means it is designed for dry indoor environments only and should not be installed in bathrooms, wet rooms or outdoor locations where moisture is present.
