Description

The Linear Curve is a modern rug in a warm, earthy terracotta, patterned with cream lines that sweep into long, rounded loops. The loops are set on a diagonal and repeat across the whole rug, running off at the edges, so the design feels fluid and contemporary rather than busy. The pile has a soft, even look, and the cream outlines stand out clearly against the terracotta ground, keeping the curve pattern crisp from across the room.

Its warm colour and clean, geometric line make it an easy choice for a living room, and it works just as well in a bedroom. We sell it in three sizes. The 80 by 150cm rug suits the side of a bed, the space in front of an armchair or a smaller corner. The 120 by 170cm size sits nicely in front of a sofa or under a coffee table. The 160 by 230cm rug is large enough to gather a seating area together, or to lie across the lower part of a double bed.

Terracotta pairs happily with pale wood floors, cream walls and other warm neutrals, bringing colour to a plain room without overwhelming it. This rug is not washable, so we would place it away from the front door and other muddy routes. Before you order, measure your floor and allow a border of bare floor around the rug where you can; letting the front legs of a sofa or chairs rest on it helps the whole arrangement feel settled.
