Description

The Lineal is a 615mm linear LED wall or flush ceiling light with a rectangular aluminium body finished in textured sand black, housing an integrated 22W LED that delivers 3,050 lumens of 3000K warm white light. The fitting mounts horizontally via a rectangular back plate that sits flush to the wall or ceiling surface, with the 50mm projection from the mounting surface making it suitable for rooms with low ceilings or where wall-mounted accent lighting is needed above artwork or along corridors.

Designed for modern residential and commercial interiors, the Lineal works as primary lighting in hallways, staircases and bathrooms (check IP rating if using in zones), or as accent lighting in living rooms, bedrooms and office spaces where directed wash light is required along a wall plane. The 615mm length suits narrow spaces where a traditional pendant or ceiling disc would feel too large, and the dual-mounting capability means the same fitting can be used horizontally on a wall to graze textured surfaces or flush on a ceiling to provide diffused ambient light.

The sand black finish is a low-sheen textured coating that absorbs light rather than reflecting it, reducing glare when the fitting is mounted at eye level on a wall. The 68mm width and 50mm height give the fitting a slim profile that reads as a discrete light bar rather than a traditional luminaire. At 0.85kg the fitting is light enough to mount on plasterboard walls with standard fixings. The Lineal is designed for horizontal mounting on walls or ceilings. Vertical mounting is not recommended as the light distribution is optimised for horizontal orientation and the back plate fixing points are positioned for horizontal installation.

What rooms is it suitable for?

The Lineal works in hallways, staircases, bedrooms, living rooms and office spaces. Check the IP rating in the specification if considering use in bathrooms — the standard version is typically not rated for bathroom zones unless specified otherwise.

How is it wired?
