Description

The Lineal is a 915mm linear LED suspension light with a slim 30mm-wide rectangular housing finished in textured sand black. An integrated 36W LED runs the full length of the bar, producing 4550 lumens of 3000K warm white light through a concealed diffuser on the underside. The fixture hangs on two height-adjustable cables from a rectangular ceiling canopy, allowing the drop to be set between 90mm and 1590mm depending on ceiling height.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and office desks where direct downward light is needed across a linear zone, the Lineal provides focused task illumination without spill light onto adjacent walls. The 915mm length suits islands and tables in the 1.2-1.8m range, positioned centrally to distribute light evenly across the surface. The textured sand black finish minimises glare and reflections under daylight, maintaining a low-key presence in monochrome, industrial and contemporary interiors.

The housing is constructed from extruded aluminium with precision-cut edges and no visible screw fixings on the external faces, giving a clean geometric profile when viewed from any angle. At 1.3kg the fitting is light enough to hang from standard plasterboard ceilings without additional bracing. The 36W LED is non-dimmable and runs on 220-240V mains, drawing approximately 150mA at full brightness.

How is the drop height adjusted?

The suspension cables are adjustable between 90mm minimum and 1590mm maximum. Adjustment is done during installation by shortening or extending the cables before securing them in the ceiling canopy. Once installed, the drop height is fixed.

Can it be installed on a sloped ceiling?

The two-cable suspension allows for minor slope adjustment, but the fixture is designed for horizontal installation. On significantly sloped ceilings the bar may not hang level without additional rigging.
