Description

The Lineal is a 1.5m linear pendant light with an integrated 54W LED running the full length of a 1515mm sand white aluminium housing. The LED delivers 6400lm at 3000K warm white, casting even downward light across the entire length of the fitting without visible hotspots or shadow breaks. The housing measures just 30mm wide, giving the pendant a slender profile when viewed from below.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and commercial bar counters, the Lineal hangs on two adjustable cables with a minimum drop of 90mm and a maximum of 1590mm. This allows it to be positioned 700-900mm above a worktop or table surface in rooms with typical 2.4-2.7m ceiling heights. The sand white powder-coated finish diffuses the light evenly and provides a neutral backdrop that pairs with both warm and cool interior palettes.

The 6400lm output suits surfaces requiring task lighting (food prep, paperwork, detailed work) and spreads across approximately 1.5-2m of counter or table length. The 3000K colour temperature provides a warm white that flatters food and skin tones without the yellow cast of traditional tungsten. The fitting weighs 2kg including the LED driver, which is housed in the ceiling canopy. The Lineal comes with a 3-year warranty covering the LED module and driver.

Is the Lineal dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is rated at 54W on 220-240V mains and does not support dimming. For applications requiring dimmed light, consider pairing with a separate dimmer-compatible linear pendant from the range.

What length of island or table does it suit?

The 1515mm length covers approximately 1.5-2m of surface depending on ceiling height and mounting position. For islands or tables longer than 2m, consider using two Lineal pendants spaced evenly along the length.

What ceiling height is needed?

The adjustable drop ranges from 90mm to 1590mm. For typical kitchen island or dining table placement (700-900mm above the surface), a ceiling height of 2.4m or above works comfortably. Lower ceilings can use the minimum 90mm drop for flush-mount appearance.

Can the LED be replaced?

The LED is integrated into the housing and is not user-replaceable. We provide a 3-year warranty covering the LED module and driver. The LED is rated for approximately 50,000 hours of operation, equivalent to 17 years at 8 hours per day.
