Description

The Linea is a 1.3m floor lamp built around an architectural brushed brass frame and a horizontal Spanish alabaster diffuser. A slim vertical column rises from a rectangular brass base to meet a long, low-profile head where a panel of natural alabaster sits behind the brass casing. An integrated 6W LED at 3000K runs the length of the head, casting warm light downward through the stone and out across the surface below.

This is a reading floor lamp first and an ambient fitting second. The horizontal head sits at roughly shoulder height when seated, directing light onto a book, a side table or a section of wall rather than spilling it across the whole room. Adjacent to an armchair, sofa or bed, the alabaster panel softens what would otherwise be a sharp LED edge, giving readable light without glare. The narrow 400mm-wide footprint suits tighter corners where a tripod or drum-shade lamp would intrude.

The frame is stainless steel finished in brushed brass, giving the lamp solidity at the base while keeping the upright slim. A mid-column adjustment point allows the head height to be set to suit a particular chair or reading position. Each alabaster panel shows different mineral veining, so the pattern visible when the lamp is lit varies between individual pieces. The flat rectangular base tucks neatly against a wall or beside furniture and holds the tall frame stable without needing additional weighting.

Yes. The horizontal head positions the integrated LED directly above the area in front of the lamp, making it well suited to reading next to an armchair, sofa or bed. The alabaster diffuser softens the light so it remains comfortable to sit beside without glare.

The lamp has a mid-column adjustment point that allows the head height to be set within a range, so the light can be positioned to suit a particular chair, sofa arm or bedside. Total maximum height is 1300mm.

Is the integrated LED dimmable?

The Linea uses an integrated 6W 3000K LED running on 230V mains. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model, so please contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm.
