Description

The Light Stick is a 90cm vertical LED wall light built from a brushed brass-finished aluminium cylinder with an integrated 10W 3000K LED running the length of the fitting. The cylindrical body houses the LED strip and acts as both the structural frame and the light diffuser, casting warm white light along its 90cm vertical length.

Designed for hallways, staircases, bedroom accent walls and living room feature walls, the Light Stick works as both ambient wash lighting and architectural accent. The 90cm height suits standard UK residential ceiling heights of 2.3-2.4m when mounted 1.2-1.5m from the floor, creating vertical emphasis without overwhelming narrow hallway widths. The adjustable mounting bracket allows the fitting to be angled slightly away from the wall to direct light onto the wall surface or ceiling, or flush against the wall for more direct downward light.

The brushed brass finish on the aluminium body shows directional grain marks that soften reflections and pair well with warm-toned interiors, oak flooring and brass hardware elsewhere in the space. The 10W LED at 3000K produces approximately 800-900 lumens of warm white light with a high CRI, meaning fabric textures, paint colours and artwork appear true to tone under the fitting. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry interior spaces — not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor use.

How is the brass finish maintained?

The brushed brass aluminium body can be wiped clean with a dry or barely-damp microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishes or solvents that may strip the finish. Brass will naturally develop a patina over time if exposed to oils from handling — this is a characteristic of the material.
