Our polished steel finish brings a bright, reflective quality to a room, catching daylight during the day and glowing softly under lamplight in the evening. We chose this clean silver tone because it works across so many different settings, from a pared-back kitchen to a warm living space, without competing with the colours already there. The way the light bounces off the metal gives this ceiling light a fresh, open feel, and we find it helps lift a space rather than weighing it down.

Five upright glass tubes rise on curved arms from a central stem, giving this design a playful sense of movement. In the Short size, the diameter measures 68.8cm and the height adjusts between 97.5cm and 152.5cm, so we can help you set it at the right level over a dining table, a kitchen island or a hallway. It weighs 7.9kg and takes around 20 minutes to assemble, which we think is manageable for most people. Each of the five arms takes a GU10 light source with a maximum of 15W LED, and while these are not included, they are widely available. The design is also compatible with the Focused Idea light source, sold separately, if you want a particular look.

This ceiling light is made from steel, glass and PMMA, materials valued for their durability and their clarity.
