Description

Larsson Geo is a modern rug built from large geometric panels, each one filled with its own small motif: rows of dashes, fine triangles, tight dots, chevrons and soft mottled areas. The colourway is Sage Green / Grey, so the panels move between sage green and darker and lighter greys on a cream ground. It is machine woven in 100% polypropylene, and the outlines of the shapes are cut by hand into the pile. This gives each panel a softly sculpted edge and adds depth to the pattern.

With its clean lines and gentle colours, this geometric rug sits naturally in a living room, beside a green or neutral sofa and over warm wooden floors. We sell it in three sizes. The 80 by 150cm rug suits a smaller spot, such as beside a bed, in front of a chair or in a reading corner. The 120 by 170cm size works well in front of a sofa or under a coffee table. The 160 by 230cm rug is large enough to anchor a seating area, with room for the front feet of your sofa and chairs to rest on it.

This rug is not washable. It is woven from polypropylene, a synthetic fibre, and its hand-cut outlines are part of the design, giving the panels their raised, sculpted look. Before you choose a size, measure the space and mark it out on the floor with tape. A border of bare floor around the rug usually looks best.
