The Larncombe mini table lamp is 365mm tall with a 200mm multicoloured Tiffany-style leaded glass shade on a metal base. One 40W E14 golf bulb lights it, and bulbs are supplied separately. Small shades like this show the leadwork clearly, since the panels are cut smaller and sit closer together, and the colour is in the glass rather than on it. At 1.3kg it lifts easily with one hand. It is a Class 2 fitting, double insulated, and this is the size that fits where nothing else will.

A mini lamp is for the awkward spot: a narrow bedside table, a landing shelf, a bookcase, a window ledge or the corner of a desk. At 200mm across the Larncombe takes almost no surface, and the 40W output makes it a low background light rather than a reading lamp.
