Is the LED dimmable?

No. The integrated 18W LED runs at fixed output and is not compatible with dimmer switches. The 1400lm output at 3000K provides ambient light rather than task lighting, so the brightness level is set for background illumination.

What is the USB output?

How is the shelf fixed to the wall?

The fitting mounts to the wall via fixings through the backplate. The combined weight of 1.8kg plus any items on the shelf requires wall plugs rated for masonry or heavy-duty plasterboard anchors. The electrical connection terminates inside the backplate before the fitting is screwed to the wall.
