Description

The Knightsbridge SF2GPB is a 2-gang modular faceplate in polished brass with a screwless cover plate that clips onto a separate sub-frame. The 87.5mm square plate accepts two 25 x 50mm euro-modules side-by-side, or a single 50 x 50mm euro-module, allowing custom configurations of HDMI, USB, coaxial TV, RJ45 data, telephone, or speaker terminals behind one plate.

Designed for AV wall plates, home office data points, and media room installations, the modular format lets you build exactly the input/output configuration the room needs without carrying unused sockets. The screwless cover removes for module installation and clips back on without visible fixings once wiring is complete. The integrated gasket between the cover and sub-frame seals the aperture edges and prevents rattling.

The polished brass finish provides a warm metallic accent that pairs with traditional brass hardware, warm-toned joinery, and classical interiors. The 4.3mm projection from the wall once fitted keeps the plate relatively low-profile for a modular system. The required back box depth depends on the specific euro modules fitted — shallow modules need 25mm, deeper modules (particularly those with rear cable exit) may require 35-47mm.

What back box depth is needed?

The required depth depends on the euro modules fitted. Shallow modules (HDMI, USB) typically need a 25mm back box. Deeper modules with rear cable exit or transformer components may require 35-47mm. Check the module specification before installation.

Is the screwless plate removable after installation?
