Description

The Klampenborg is a white outdoor wall light with a curved swan neck arm supporting a clear glass shade over a single E27 bulb fitting. The body is made from 304-grade stainless steel with a powder-coated white finish, chosen for its resistance to rust in coastal and exposed locations. The IP44 rating provides protection against water splashes from any direction, making the fitting suitable for uncovered outdoor positions.

Designed for external installation on porches, patios, garden walls and beside entrance doors, the Klampenborg projects 420mm from the wall when fitted. The swan neck arm positions the light source approximately 300mm forward from the backplate, casting illumination downward and outward rather than flat against the wall. This makes it functional for lighting doorways and pathways while still offering decorative presence. The clear glass allows full light transmission from the bulb without diffusion.

The 275mm shade diameter and 255mm overall height give the fitting a noticeable but not overbearing presence on brick, render or timber cladding. The white finish sits comfortably against painted render, white weatherboard and lighter stonework, while also providing contrast against darker brick and charcoal cladding. The E27 socket accepts bulbs up to 60W, allowing a choice between warm filament-style LEDs for a traditional glow or brighter daylight LEDs for security lighting applications.
