The Kitesurf Loop Under is a 1200mm linear suspension light built around a horizontal matt black bar with a 400mm frosted white circular ring suspended at one end. The integrated 30W LED inside the frosted ring casts 2400 lumens of 3000K warm white light downward and outward through the white diffuser, combining task lighting with ambient fill across a 120° beam angle.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and workspace areas where both directed and ambient light are needed, the Kitesurf pairs geometric form with functional output. The 1200mm horizontal bar can be positioned lengthwise over a long island or perpendicular to a dining table depending on the room layout and desired light spread. The adjustable drop of 450-1500mm allows the fitting to be set at the appropriate height for the room — typically 700-900mm above an island worktop or dining surface in standard-height rooms.

The matt black powder-coated finish on the linear bar and circular frame absorbs reflections and provides contrast against white or light-toned ceilings, while the frosted white inner ring softens the light and prevents direct LED glare. The circular element breaks the strict linearity of the horizontal bar, creating a compositional balance that works in both minimal and transitional interiors. At 3.7kg, the fitting has enough weight to hang stably on the two-point ceiling suspension without secondary bracing.

The non-dimmable integrated LED is rated at 30W and provides 2400 lumens output, sufficient for a 2-3m island or 1.8-2.4m dining table. Can the horizontal bar be oriented in different directions?

Yes. The rectangular ceiling canopy allows the bar to be rotated during installation to run either lengthwise or perpendicular to the island or table beneath, depending on the desired light distribution and room layout.
