Description

The Kenzo is a 1.6m crystal floor lamp built on a polished chrome column that branches into six flower-shaped heads, each threaded with small-cut Asfour crystal beads and fitted with a 20W G4 halogen bulb. Additional faceted crystal pendalogues hang below each head, catching and refracting light across the room as the lamp is viewed from different angles.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and entrance halls where ambient and decorative lighting are needed without a ceiling fitting, the Kenzo's 500mm-diameter head spread provides wide light coverage from a single footprint. The six G4 bulbs (included) are dimmable when paired with a compatible trailing-edge dimmer, allowing the light level to be adjusted from soft background glow to full 120W output. The polished chrome reflects and amplifies the crystal sparkle, so the lamp remains visually active even when switched off during daylight.

The 9.7kg weight is distributed across a circular chrome base approximately 250mm in diameter, giving the lamp stability on carpet, wood and tiled floors without needing to be bolted down. The floral arrangement of the crystal heads softens the otherwise linear chrome column, making the lamp suitable for both contemporary and classical interiors where a statement decorative light source is wanted. The Asfour crystals are machine-cut to a consistent facet pattern, so light refraction is uniform across all six heads.

Note: this lamp is not compatible with LED or CFL G4 retrofit bulbs due to transformer compatibility. Use halogen G4 bulbs only.

Is the Kenzo dimmable?

Yes, when fitted with dimmable G4 halogen bulbs and paired with a compatible trailing-edge dimmer. The included halogen bulbs are dimmable. LED and CFL G4 retrofit bulbs are not compatible with this lamp due to transformer design.

What size room does it suit?

The 500mm head diameter and 1.6m height suit living rooms, bedrooms and entrance halls with floor areas of 15-30m² and ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. In smaller rooms the lamp can dominate; in very large open-plan spaces multiple light sources may be needed alongside it.

Can LED bulbs be used instead of halogen?

No. The lamp uses a low-voltage halogen transformer that is not compatible with LED or CFL G4 retrofit bulbs. Use 20W G4 halogen capsule bulbs only.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off and allow the bulbs to cool. Wipe the crystal beads and pendalogues with a dry microfibre cloth. For heavier dust build-up, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the chrome or getting moisture into the lamp holders.
