Description

The Kashmar Washable is a traditional rug with a vintage look, set on a warm red ground with three stepped diamond medallions running down its centre. Each medallion is outlined in charcoal and picked out in cream, sand and deeper red, with small geometric motifs scattered across the field. A broad border of cream and charcoal diamonds, framed by bands of red, finishes the edges. The design is digitally printed onto 100% polyester, giving crisp detail and a softly faded character that suits its vintage style.

It is made for the living room or the bedroom. The 125 by 170cm size sits well in front of a sofa or at the foot of a bed, while the 152 by 230cm and 190 by 290cm sizes suit a larger space, under a sofa and coffee table or under a double bed with the border showing on either side. The 60 by 230cm runner fits neatly along the side of a bed. Its reds and charcoals sit comfortably with wooden floors, cream upholstery and warm timber furniture.
