Made from a fine oak 3D veneer, our Jazz Lampshade brings a warm, natural texture to the way we think about lighting. The material is worked into a small flared form that sits at the end of a long curved arm, sweeping down from the wall in one smooth motion. We chose this black finish for its quiet confidence, giving the veneer a deep, grounded tone that reads well against both pale and darker walls. At 65cm across and 24cm in height, the shade holds a generous diameter while keeping a light presence, weighing just 1.22kg.

This lampshade is designed to be versatile in how it is used. It works as a pendant, a floor or a table lampshade, so we can imagine it suspended above a dining table, resting on a table lamp base beside a reading chair, or paired with a floor fitting in a corner. The curved arm gives it a softer, more relaxed line than a straight-armed shade, and the flared opening lets the light fall gently outward. It takes an E27 fitting with a maximum 15W LED bulb, which is not included, so we leave the choice of warmth and colour temperature to suit the setting, whether that is a cosy 2700K glow or something cooler and brighter.

Assembly is straightforward and takes around 15 minutes, and we provide a short video to guide the process from start to finish.
