Description

The Illa is a round garden side table, 60cm across and 40cm high, with a frame of extruded aluminium finished in polyester powder coating. Slim round rods rise from a ring at floor level and gather beneath the top in a soft cone, leaving the base open. At 40cm high it is a low table, made to sit beside a lounge chair or garden sofa where a drink, a book or a coffee stays within easy reach.

It is made for outdoor use and is resistant to weathering and sunlight, so it belongs on a terrace, patio or balcony, or beside the pool, and its 60cm round top takes up little room where space is tight. We sell it with a choice of eight tops, among them White HPL Compact, Painted Aluminium and Iroko, and in fifteen powder-coated frame colours such as Textured White, Textured Ivory and Stone, so you can match it to the chairs and loungers you already have.

Andrés Bluth designed the Illa, and each table is made to order in Barcelona, Spain. Clean the powder-coated aluminium regularly with warm water, neutral soap and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth, then rinse well and dry it to avoid water marks. HPL compact needs only a damp cloth with warm water or a mild detergent, and Dekton a damp microfibre sponge with neutral soap, worked in a circular motion, then wiped dry. Iroko turns silver-grey over time and may change colour or show small cracks with humidity and sudden changes of temperature; the maker recommends a waterproof sealant twice a year. Every table carries the maker's guarantee: five years for domestic use and two years for commercial use against manufacturing defects, with cushions, covers and fabrics not covered.

Made to order, dispatched in about 5–6 weeks.
