Description

The Hostel floor lamp pairs a matt black metal frame with a fabric drum shade, black on the outside with a warm gold-toned lining that softens the light as it spills down. It takes a single E27 bulb; the recommended E27 LED, 4W and 470lm in a 2700K warm white, gives a gentle, cosy glow. The bulb is not included.

Standing 160.5cm tall with a 35cm shade, it works well beside a sofa as a reading light or in a bedroom corner for calm background lighting. The slim central stem keeps the footprint tidy, and the modern shape settles into living rooms and hallways alike.

Built from metal in a matt black finish, it rests on a weighted round base for stability. Rated IP20 for indoor use, it weighs 3.5kg and plugs into a standard socket, so setup is simply a matter of fitting a bulb and switching on. Wipe the frame and shade with a soft dry cloth to keep it looking fresh.
