The Hosmane is a three light ceiling light: a length of wood hangs beneath a white ceiling plate on two short white rods, and three white cords wrap around the beam in loose coils before dropping to three white lampholders. It measures 55cm long, 10.5cm wide and 26.5cm high, so it sits close to the ceiling rather than hanging low. Each lampholder takes an E27 bulb of up to 60W, and the bulbs are not included, which leaves you free to choose the warmth of light and the style of glass you like. It is rated IP20, so it belongs indoors in a dry room.

We think it works best where a single pendant would feel too narrow: over a dining table, along a hallway, in a living room or above a desk in a home office. Spreading three lamps across 55cm throws light along the length of a table rather than pooling it in one spot.
