The Heritage in red is a traditional rug with a classic look. A scrolling design in beige and cream runs across a deep red ground, framed by a broad beige border of small repeating motifs and a narrow red edge. The rectangular rug centres on one large medallion, while the runner sets three along its length. It is machine made from polypropylene with a high density weave, and the pattern is finished by hand, its outlines cut into the pile so each motif reads clearly.
