The Hedda ceiling light pairs a woven sisal shade with a matt black metal frame, sitting close to the ceiling on a surface mount. The open weave casts a soft pattern of light and shadow across walls and ceiling once lit, so the fitting works as much for its texture as for its glow. Light comes from two E27 bulbs, which are not included; a recommended E27 LED at 4W gives 470lm each in 2700K warm white for a gentle, even wash.

At Ø 52cm and 28cm tall, it suits a living room or bedroom, and its low profile makes it a sensible pick where ceiling height is limited. The rounded shade reads as modern without dominating a scheme.
