Description

The top of our Heart'n'Soul Console Table gives you a clear, level surface that catches the light and holds whatever the room needs close to hand, whether that is a table lamp base, a stack of books or a bowl for keys. At 82cm high, it sits at a comfortable working height, and the FENIX® nanolaminate finish keeps the surface matt and quiet under lamplight rather than throwing back a glare. This piece comes in a warm Oak colour, so the wood tone stays soft and open across the whole table.

Underneath the top runs a single pull-out drawer lined in felt, which keeps smaller items from sliding about and softens the sound as you open and close it. The four legs are tapered, drawing the eye down to a lighter footprint, and the table measures 110cm by 30cm on its top. It is made from solid oak, MDF and steel, with that FENIX® nanolaminate over the surface for day-to-day resilience, and the whole thing weighs 15kg. It is tested to the EN 15372-L2 Furniture Standard, so we are confident in how it holds up to regular use indoors. Do note this is a fixed console and does not extend.

The top carries a maximum load of 100kg when the weight is spread evenly across the surface, which gives you room for lamps, plants, framed photographs or a run of ornaments without us worrying about the structure. Assembly takes around 30min, and we have kept the steps straightforward so you are not left puzzling over the instructions. Keep it indoors, away from damp, and the oak and nanolaminate will look after themselves with little more than an occasional wipe.
