Description

Our workshop built this dining table from solid oak, MDF and steel, with a FENIX® nanolaminate surface across the top. We chose FENIX® because it is a matt finish that resists fingerprints and light surface marks, and it gives the Moss Green shade a soft, low sheen rather than a glossy one. The frame stands on four tapered legs, and the whole piece weighs 53kg, so it feels solid and settled once it is in place. At 75.5cm high, it sits at a comfortable height for standard dining chairs.

The rectangular top measures 120cm wide and 90cm deep when closed, which seats four to six of us for everyday meals. When you need more room, it opens out to 200cm, and this variant ships with two extension plates so you can go from a compact footprint to a full family table without hunting for extra parts. Should you ever want more, additional extension plates are available from us separately. Assembly takes around 30 minutes, and the deep Moss Green tone works well against pale walls, warm timber floors or a hanging pendant above the dining table.

This table is tested to EN 15372 Furniture Tables (Level 2) and to ANSI/BIFMA X5.5 for desk and table products, so you can trust it to stand up to years of meals, homework and slow evenings. It suits a kitchen diner, a knocked-through living space or a room set aside for entertaining, and it pairs happily with lighter or darker seating depending on how you want the Moss Green to read.
