Our Heart'n'Soul dining table brings together solid oak, MDF and steel, with a FENIX® nanolaminate surface that gives the top a soft matt finish and resists everyday fingerprints. We chose the Black Oak colourway for this piece, a deep, grounded shade that sits well against both pale and darker interiors. The rectangular top rests on four tapered legs, giving it a clean, upright stance without any visual bulk. At 75.5cm high, 120cm wide and 90cm deep when closed, it holds a comfortable place in most dining rooms, and the natural grain of the oak reads clearly through the finish.

When you need room for more people, the table opens out to 200cm using the single extension plate we include with this variant. That takes it from an everyday setting for four to a longer surface for gatherings, then back again once the meal is done. Should you want to lengthen it further, additional extension plates are available separately. The whole piece weighs 53kg, which keeps it steady in use, and assembly takes around 30 minutes, so you can have it standing and ready the same afternoon it arrives. We would keep it indoors, as it is made for the dining room rather than any covered outdoor spot.
