Description

Havana is a modern geometric rug in the Gold / Multi colourway, built from overlapping triangles and angled facets that meet in sharp points across the whole surface. Cream and soft beige carry the background, with taupe, grey and deep brown alongside, and warm gold and rust tones picking out individual shards. The effect is lively without being loud. It is machine woven from 100% polypropylene, and the pile is soft and textured, with a gently flecked finish that gives each block of colour a little depth.

We think it is happiest in a living room, where its warm neutrals sit easily with pale upholstery and wooden floors. It is sold in two sizes. The 120 by 170cm rug suits a smaller lounge, a reading corner or the space in front of a pair of armchairs, giving a seating area a clear centre. The larger 160 by 235cm size is the one for anchoring a sofa and coffee table, with room for the front legs of the furniture to rest on it.
