Description

The Harrow is a 406mm pendant light built around a tapered clear seeded glass shade held within a polished nickel metal frame. The glass panel sits between top and bottom nickel bands with vertical support struts, and the pendant hangs on a square-linked chain from a matching polished nickel canopy. A single E27 bulb inside the glass shade casts light through the seeded texture, which scatters the light across walls and surfaces.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and entrance hallways, the Harrow works where a single focused pendant is needed rather than a cluster or linear arrangement. The 584mm minimum drop suits standard 2.4m ceiling heights when positioned 700-800mm above a worktop or table surface, and the 1524mm chain allows the drop to be extended to 2108mm for double-height spaces or stairwell installations. The square-linked chain gives a more architectural profile than round chain.

The seeded glass texture is created by air bubbles trapped within the glass during forming, giving each pane a slightly different pattern of fine surface disruption. This breaks up direct views of the bulb filament and creates a softer wash of light than plain clear glass. The polished nickel finish on the frame and chain provides high reflectivity and pairs well with chrome taps, stainless steel appliances and cooler-toned interior schemes. The frame assembly weighs approximately 2.2kg with the glass fitted.

The drop is set during installation by removing excess chain links and cutting the cable to the required length. Once fitted and the ceiling rose sealed, the drop cannot be changed without re-accessing the ceiling void and re-terminating the cable.
