Description

The Halstead ribbed single pendant sets a fluted clear glass dome shade in a warm brass finish, hung from a height-adjustable chain and black braided flex. The ribbing runs around the dome, softening the light while still letting the bulb show through for a vintage, exposed-lamp look. The shade is a compact 200mm across and the pendant weighs 1.3kg. It takes one E27 lamp and suits a decorative filament bulb. The fluted glass sets it apart from the plain clear single pendant in the range.

Small and easy to place, this pendant suits kitchens, dining areas and hallways, hung singly over a spot or in a row along a worktop. The fluted glass gives a slightly softer glow than plain glass while keeping the characterful exposed bulb on show. Warm brass and a black braided flex give it a neat, vintage-inspired finish that works in both classic and modern rooms.

The metalwork is brushed aged brass plate with a black braided flex, and the shade is fluted clear glass. The drop adjusts from 430mm to 1830mm on a 1.2 metre chain, so it fits standard and taller ceilings and sits at the right height over a worktop. It is a Class 1 fitting, so it needs an earth and is best fitted by a qualified electrician, and the IP20 rating keeps it to dry indoor rooms away from bathrooms. It is dimmable with a compatible trailing edge dimmer. Wipe the glass and brass with a dry, soft cloth. A clear-glass single pendant and five-light fittings complete the Halstead range.
