Description

The Halox is a 250mm white metal wall light with two G9 bulb fittings housed behind sandblasted Pyrex glass diffusers. The metal body curves in a smooth arc, directing light both upwards and downwards to create wash light on the wall surface rather than forward projection into the room. The white powder-coated finish covers the metal frame completely, giving a clean, matte appearance that hides fingerprints and minor scuffs.

Designed for hallways, staircases, bedrooms and bathrooms (IP20 rated for dry zones only), the Halox provides ambient rather than task lighting. The 90mm projection from the wall keeps the fitting close to the surface, making it suitable for narrow corridors and smaller rooms where a protruding fitting would obstruct passage. The 250mm width allows it to be used singly above a bedside table or in multiples along a hallway at 1.5-2m spacing for consistent lighting along the length of the corridor.

The sandblasted Pyrex diffusers soften the G9 bulb light and prevent direct glare, turning each bulb into a gentle glow rather than a visible point source. The metal construction gives the fitting a solid 0.8kg weight that fixes securely to plasterboard or masonry walls using the supplied fixings. The white finish pairs cleanly with white or light-toned walls and works across modern, Scandi and minimalist interiors without adding visual weight.

Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with two warm-white G9 LED bulbs at 3-5W and 2700K-3000K for soft ambient lighting. The fitting is dimmable when paired with dimmable G9 bulbs and a compatible wall dimmer.
