Description

The Habana is a telescopic table lamp with a matt white rectangular base, a polished chrome stem that adjusts from 300mm to 450mm height, and a single E27 lampholder at the top. The stem slides vertically inside the base housing, locked at the desired height using a chrome collar, allowing the light source to be raised or lowered depending on whether the lamp is being used for task reading, bedside ambient light, or desk work.

Designed for bedside tables, desks and console tables where adjustable height matters, the Habana suits rooms where a single lamp needs to serve multiple functions across different times of day. The 140mm square footprint is compact enough for narrow bedside tables and small desks without tipping. The lamp is sold without a shade, allowing the shade to be chosen separately to match room fabrics, wall colours or existing lampshades on paired lamps.

The matt white finish on the base and the polished chrome on the adjustable stem and fittings provide a clean two-tone contrast that pairs with both warm and cool interior palettes. The telescopic mechanism is metal-on-metal with a locking collar, giving a solid feel when adjusting height compared to friction-fit plastic mechanisms. At minimum extension the lamp sits low enough for reading in bed; at maximum extension it raises the shade high enough to clear a laptop screen on a desk.

The lamp accepts any standard E27 LED, halogen or filament bulb up to the maximum wattage stated in the specification. Bulbs and shades are sold separately. Dimmability depends on the bulb chosen and the dimmer type — pair with a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible trailing-edge dimmer for full dimming range.

Does the Habana come with a shade?

No. The lamp is sold as a base only, allowing you to pair it with a shade that matches your interior. Mantra shade reference M5324 is shown in the product image but is sold separately. The E27 fitting accepts most standard table lamp shades with an E27 spider or clip-on fitting.

How is the height adjusted?

The polished chrome stem slides vertically inside the white base housing. A chrome locking collar on the stem is loosened to allow height adjustment and tightened to lock the stem at the desired position between 300mm and 450mm.

What bulb does it take?

The lamp takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED bulb between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K. The maximum wattage depends on the bulb type — refer to the specification table or contact us if unsure.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when paired with a dimmable E27 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. LED bulbs require trailing-edge dimmers for smooth dimming without flicker. The lamp base itself has no built-in dimmer control.
