Description

The Habana is a telescopic floor lamp with a white rectangular base, polished chrome rod, and a single E27 bulb fitting. The rod extends from 1000mm to 1500mm via an internal telescoping mechanism, allowing the lamp height to be adjusted to suit bedside reading, sofa-side task lighting, or standing desk applications. The cable runs externally along the rod, eliminating the need for internal threading.

Designed to be paired with a separate shade (sold separately), the Habana works in bedrooms, living rooms, and home offices where adjustable task lighting is needed without the expense or installation of a fixed ceiling fitting. The 260mm square footprint at the base provides stability on carpets and hard floors without requiring a large floor area. The lamp is dimmable when used with a compatible E27 LED bulb and trailing-edge dimmer.

The white rectangular base and polished chrome rod provide a neutral palette that pairs with most interior finishes, from contemporary whites and greys to warmer wood tones. Is the shade in the photographs included?

No. The photographs show the fitting with a shade so you can judge its proportions, and the shade is not supplied. The fitting is sold on its own and takes a shade you choose separately.

No. The Habana is sold without a shade, allowing you to choose the shade size and style that suits your room. The E27 fitting accepts standard ES lampshades with a duplex or threaded ring attachment.

What bulb does it take?

The lamp takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb up to 60W equivalent. Most users pair this with a 6-10W LED bulb in 2700K-3000K for warm task lighting. Bulbs are sold separately.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when used with a dimmable E27 LED bulb and a compatible trailing-edge dimmer. Not all LED bulbs dim smoothly. Check the bulb packaging for dimmer compatibility before pairing.

How stable is the base?

The 260mm square base and 2.85kg weight provide stability on most carpets and hard floors. On thick rugs the lamp benefits from being placed where the base sits partly on bare floor or a firmer surface.
