The Habana is a square fabric lampshade measuring 16/20cm wide (top/bottom) by 15.2cm tall, designed for wall-mounted light fittings. The shade is wrapped in woven black fabric stretched over a rigid square frame, with the fabric weave diffusing light into a soft ambient glow rather than a concentrated beam. The 200g weight allows the shade to fit most standard wall light fittings without additional support.

Designed for living rooms, hallways and bedrooms where wall lighting needs to provide ambient light without glare, the Habana pairs with single-bulb wall brackets to soften the light output and reduce direct visibility of the bulb. The square profile suits contemporary and mid-century interiors where geometric forms are preferred over traditional round or empire shapes. The black fabric works with both warm and cool wall tones, providing contrast on light-coloured walls and blending into darker schemes.

The woven fabric is stretched taut over the frame and finished with binding at the top and bottom edges to prevent fraying. The square geometry means the shade casts a rectangular pool of light onto the wall behind it, which differs from the circular wash created by round shades. The 16cm top aperture and 20cm base aperture create a slight taper that follows traditional shade proportions while maintaining the angular profile.
