Description

The Gunnislake is a single wall light with a prismatic glass shade on a brushed brass mount, rated IP44 for bathroom and wetroom installation. The fitting includes a 3W LED G9 bulb at 3000K colour temperature and can be mounted with the shade facing upward or downward, allowing the light direction to be set during installation. Two finial options are supplied in the box — a short cap that gives a 200mm overall height and a longer decorative finial that extends the height to 260mm.

Designed for bathrooms, en-suites, hallways and bedrooms, the Gunnislake provides diffused ambient light through the prismatic glass rather than direct task lighting. The IP44 rating allows installation in bathroom zones 2 and 3, including positions above washbasins and outside shower enclosures (but not directly inside a shower cubicle). The 181mm projection from the wall suits alcoves, recessed areas and corridor positions where a compact fitting is needed.

The brushed brass finish on the backplate, arm and collar softens reflections and pairs comfortably with warm-toned interiors, gold tapware and brass accessories in bathrooms, or alongside traditional and mid-century furniture in hallways and bedrooms. The prismatic glass breaks the light into a grid pattern that casts soft, even illumination without glare, making the fitting suitable for positioning at eye level on staircases or beside mirrors.

Yes. The IP44 rating allows installation in bathroom zones 2 and 3, including positions above washbasins and outside shower enclosures. It is not rated for use directly inside a shower cubicle (zone 1).
