Description

This Knightsbridge grid switch cover is a white ABS rocker printed with the marking 'WARMING DRAWER', designed to replace the blank rocker on a standard grid switch or socket module. The cover measures 33mm high by 16mm wide with a 6.8mm projection from the grid plate, matching the dimensions of standard Knightsbridge grid rocker switches.

Used in kitchens where multiple appliances are controlled from a bank of grid switches, the printed marking identifies which switch controls the warming drawer without needing to test or label each outlet manually. The cover clips onto the existing rocker mechanism, replacing the unmarked rocker supplied with the grid switch. No rewiring or additional installation is required beyond removing the existing rocker and clipping the replacement into place.

How is the cover fitted?

The existing blank rocker on the grid switch can be removed by hand or with a small flat-blade screwdriver to release the clips. The replacement printed rocker then clips into the same mounting points. No tools or rewiring are required.

Can the marking be customised?

This cover is supplied pre-printed with 'WARMING DRAWER' and cannot be customised. Knightsbridge produces a range of other pre-printed covers for common appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, etc.) which can be found by searching the Niori catalogue.
