This Knightsbridge grid switch cover is a replacement rocker marked FRIDGE in raised lettering, finished in matt black. The cover clips onto standard Knightsbridge grid rocker switch modules, replacing the plain rocker with a pre-labelled version for appliance identification.

Designed for residential and commercial kitchens where multiple high-draw appliances (fridges, freezers, dishwashers, washing machines) are each switched via separate outlets on a grid plate, the marked rocker eliminates the need for adhesive labels or handwritten notes. The 33mm x 16mm rocker fits all standard Knightsbridge grid switch modules rated up to 20A and can be swapped out without rewiring or removing the grid plate from the wall.

The matt black ABS and steel construction matches Knightsbridge's matt black grid plate range, providing a cohesive finish across multi-gang installations. The raised FRIDGE lettering is moulded into the rocker surface rather than printed, so it will not wear off with repeated switching. The IP20 rating suits dry indoor locations including kitchens, utility rooms and plant rooms.

Can the rocker be changed without removing the grid plate?

Yes. The rocker clips onto the front of the grid switch module and can be prised off and replaced with a different marked or plain rocker without disturbing the wiring or removing the grid plate from the wall.
