Description

This Knightsbridge grid switch cover is a white ABS replacement rocker cap pre-printed with the text 'COFFEE MACHINE' in dark grey sans-serif lettering. The cover clips onto standard Knightsbridge grid rocker switches, replacing the blank rocker supplied with the switch module to add clear appliance identification at the wall plate.

Designed for kitchens, break rooms and hospitality installations where multiple appliances are controlled from a grid plate, the printed label removes ambiguity about which switch operates which appliance. The cover fits all standard Knightsbridge grid rockers (sold separately) and can be swapped without removing the grid plate or back box. The white finish matches standard white grid frames and plates.

The ABS construction gives the rocker the same UV stability and impact resistance as the underlying switch module, so the printed text does not fade or wear under normal use. The 33mm height and 16mm width are standard dimensions for grid rockers, and the 6.8mm projection sits flush with typical grid frames once clipped into place. The IP20 rating confirms protection against solid objects larger than 12.5mm but not against moisture, making this suitable for dry indoor locations only.

No. This is a replacement rocker cover only. You need a separate Knightsbridge grid rocker switch module, which is sold separately. The cover clips onto the rocker mechanism once the switch module is installed in the grid frame.

Can I use this with non-Knightsbridge grid systems?

The cover is designed for Knightsbridge grid rockers and may not fit other manufacturers' grid systems. Check compatibility before ordering if your existing grid plate is not Knightsbridge.

How do I swap the rocker cover?

Pull the existing rocker cover off the switch mechanism (it clips on) and press the new pre-printed cover into place. No tools are needed and the grid plate does not need to be removed from the wall.
