This little wooden plaque sets a white house between two natural wood hearts, standing on a base that carries a heartfelt line in grey: 'Grateful FOR SO MUCH BUT ESPECIALLY FOR you'. The house is drawn in simple grey lines, with an arched front door, a four-pane window, a tall flower growing up the wall, a striped roof and a small chimney.
