Description
The Gotham is a single-light wall bracket combining an imperial silver-finish metal frame with a black fabric shade and a central crystal sphere accent. The curved arm extends from a rectangular backplate, supporting the crystal sphere within a metal cage before rising to meet the shade. A 3W 3000K G9 LED sits inside the shade, casting warm light downwards and through the fabric diffuser.
Designed for hallways, bedside positions, and living room accent lighting, the Gotham provides focused wall illumination rather than broad ambient light. The 178mm projection from the wall suits spaces where the fitting needs presence without extending too far into circulation areas. Mounting in pairs either side of a bed, mirror or artwork creates symmetry, while individual placement in a narrow hallway adds vertical interest without cluttering the horizontal plane.
The imperial silver finish on the metalwork is a cool-toned polished chrome with a slightly softer lustre than mirror-bright chrome, pairing well with contemporary greys, whites and cooler palettes. The black shade provides contrast and conceals the bulb from direct view, while the crystal sphere catches and reflects light from the fitting and surrounding sources. The combined metal, fabric and crystal construction gives the bracket a layered visual depth that works in both modern and transitional interiors.

Frequently Asked
Is the LED bulb replaceable?
Yes. The fitting includes a 3W 3000K G9 LED, but the G9 socket accepts any standard G9 replacement LED up to the 3W maximum wattage rating. The shade lifts off to access the bulb.
What wall fixing is required?
The rectangular backplate mounts to the wall using two screws into wall plugs or direct into a stud. The fitting weighs approximately 1kg, so standard plasterboard fixings are suitable for solid walls, but cavity fixings or stud mounting is recommended for hollow walls.
Can it be mounted either way up?
The design is directional with the shade sitting above the crystal sphere and arm. Mounting upside-down would place the shade below the crystal, which would look incorrect and could obstruct the downward light throw.
Is the shade fabric or metal?
The shade is black fabric stretched over a metal frame. The interior shows a metallic lining visible in the image, which reflects light back downwards to increase output and creates the warm glow seen at the shade opening.
