Description

The Gosmelle is a square LED downlight that mounts flat to the ceiling, with a white steel body and a white plastic diffuser across its face. It measures 16cm long, 16cm wide and just 2.8cm deep, so it sits close to the ceiling and suits rooms where a hanging pendant would feel crowded. The LEDs are integrated, drawing 11W and giving 1,350lm of cool white light at 4000K. It is rated IP20, which means it belongs indoors in dry rooms, away from bathrooms and other damp spaces.

We think it works best in hallways, landings, walk-in wardrobes, bedrooms and home offices, anywhere you want clear, even light from a fitting that barely shows. A 16cm square is compact enough for a narrow corridor or the space above a run of cupboards, and the cool white tone gives a crisp, bright feel that helps when you are choosing a coat, reading labels or working at a desk.
