The Gorbora is a compact outdoor wall light that pairs a single cylindrical head with a slim rectangular backplate, all in brushed stainless steel with a clear glass shade. It stands 16.5cm tall, measures 6.5cm in length and reaches 11cm out from the wall, so it sits neatly beside a door frame without crowding the brickwork. It takes a GU10 lamp, with a wattage of 2.8W and an output of 250lm, and the head opens at its base so the glow falls downwards onto the step or path. Rated IP44, it is protected from splashing water, which means it lives happily outdoors on a house wall through wet weather.

A motion sensor sits in the backplate beneath the head, so the light comes on when it detects movement and there is no switch to hunt for in the dark. That makes it a natural choice for a front door, a back door, a side passage or a garage wall, anywhere you want light the moment you arrive home with your hands full. Corner mounting is possible too, which opens up the outside corner of a house, a handy position where two walls meet. Its small size and plain lines suit modern and traditional homes alike, and two or three in a row along a wall give a tidy, matching look.

The body is stainless steel, a material that resists rust, and the clear glass shade closes the base of the head.
